Your brand has a story, but is it telling the right one?

I help businesses tell the authentic story of who they are.

Belief Statement

Every brand already has a story. The question is whether the one it's telling is true — true to what it actually believes, true to the clients it actually wants, true to the work it actually does best. When those things align, something shifts. The right clients find you. The wrong ones self-select out. The words finally sound like you. That's the work.

How I work

01 Audit

I start by finding the gap — between what you believe about your brand privately and what the market currently sees. In 90 minutes, the real problem gets named. Not the surface problem. The one underneath it.

02 Strategy

Once we know what's actually wrong, we build the story that's actually right. Your positioning, your language, the specific way of talking about your work that makes the right people feel immediately understood.

03 Expression

The story moves into the world. Website direction, pitch language, content voice — every surface becomes consistent with what you now know to be true about your brand.

Services

Most people who find their way here have already tried the other things. The rebrand. The new website. The copywriter. The marketing agency. Everything looked better, but the problem is still there. That's because the problem was never the surface. It was the story underneath. In almost every case, the story is unclear, inherited, or edited down to the point where the most interesting thing about the brand has disappeared entirely.

If you’re worried about whether your brand is telling the authentic story of who you are, I can help you get it right.

Brand Audit

You don't need more execution. You need to understand exactly what's wrong, and why everything you've tried hasn't fixed it.

  • In 90 minutes we work through your brand's story across every key touchpoint. How you describe what you do. What your website is actually communicating. What your best clients understand about you that strangers can't yet see.

  • You walk away with a written diagnosis report that names the real problem, so you know what to do next. There will be no suggestion nor improvement strategy in the diagnosis report.

Right for you if: something feels off but you can't name what it is.

Brand Narrative Strategy

Six to ten weeks. The complete work.

  • We begin with diagnosis: understanding the gap between what you believe about your brand privately and what the market currently sees.

  • Then we build the narrative framework that closes that gap: your story, your positioning, the specific way of speaking about your business that makes the right people connect and identify with your brand.

  • Then we translate that into expression. Website direction. Pitch language. The way your content should feel. You will feel confident and clear about your brand and so do the people you want to attract. (Design service will be provided by request.)

Right for you if: you're ready to do the real work, not just the surface work.

Brand Story Intensive

For founders who already know something is wrong and need to move quickly.

  • Over one to two focused workshops (virtually or in person), we go deep into your story, your positioning, and the specific language that makes you irreplaceable in your category.

  • By the end you have words that finally sound like you and clearly communicate who you already are.

Right for you if: you have a pitch, a launch, or a transition coming and you need clarity now.

Feature projects

A brand identity, visual system, and narrative framework for a luxury fragrance startup targeting ultra-high-net-worth buyers.

A brand built from the ground up for a new digital collectibles platform launching inside an established photography community (500px). And the real challenge was making something unfamiliar feel trustworthy overnight.
